Udupi Cochin Shipyard Limited (UCSL), a subsidiary of Cochin Shipyard Limited, has announced a vacancy for the post of Hindi Translator in Supervisory grade on a contract basis. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, selection method, and important dates.

1. Application Period:

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory elective subject in graduation and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Translation. A minimum of two years of translation experience is required.

3. Selection Process:

The selection process includes a written test and a PowerPoint presentation on work experience. The written test consists of an objective type and a descriptive type test.

4. Contract Details:

The position is on a contract basis for a maximum period of five years, subject to organizational requirements and individual performance.

5. Application Fee:

An application fee of ₹300 is applicable for General candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.
