Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata has released the offer letters for the candidates selected for the position of Inland Master on a contractual basis under the Marine Department of Kolkata Dock System. The selected candidates are advised to collect their offer letters from the SMPK Head Office.

1. Offer Letter Collection:

Selected candidates are required to collect their offer letters from the SMPK Head Office, 15, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001 on 03.03.2025 at 11.00 a.m.

2. Document Verification:

Candidates must bring all original documents as declared in their application, along with proof of identity.

3. Medical Fitness:

The contractual engagement is subject to submission of a medical fitness certificate provided by SMPK's in-house doctors at the time of joining.

4. Police Verification:

Candidates are required to produce a Police Verification Report (PVR) at the time of receiving the engagement letter or before joining.

5. Non-appearance Consequence:

Failure to appear within the prescribed date and time will result in cancellation of candidature without notice.
