Job Details
Engagement of retired Government Employees (Revenue) of Karnataka State on contract to support the Competent Authority in acquisition of land under the PMP Act, 1962 and associated services for Southern Region Pipelines, Bengaluru. Revenue Accountant responsibilities include monitoring accounts payable/receivable, maintaining records of RoW/land assets/expenses, and preparation of cheques to stakeholders. Surveyor responsibilities include assisting in serving objection‑hearing notices, communicating 3(1)/6(1) notifications to landowners, interpreting revenue records, surveying/marking land on fields, and assisting the Competent Authority and LA staff in maintenance/updation of government records. Contract is for a maximum of one year initially and may be extended based on performance/requirement. Working hours, off days and holidays will be as per the office of engagement; 12 days CL per calendar year on pro‑rata basis; no increment during the contract; applicable taxes will be deducted; monthly fee released against certified attendance.
