ITI Apprenticeship Engagement 2025-26 at DMRL

The Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory (DMRL), under the Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO), has announced the engagement of ITI Apprentices for the year 2025-26. The notification details the trades available, eligibility criteria, and application process for a one-year apprenticeship program.

1. Apprenticeship Duration:

The apprenticeship is for a duration of one year, commencing from the execution of the contract of apprenticeship.

2. Trades Available:

The apprenticeship is available in various trades including Welder, Turner, Machinist, Fitter, Electronics, Electrician, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA), Carpenter, and Photographer.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have passed the ITI qualifying examination from NCVT or SCVT as a regular candidate. Candidates with higher qualifications are not eligible.

4. Reservation Policy:

Reservations for SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories are applicable as per the provisions of the Apprentice Act 1961 and its amendments.

5. Application Deadline:

The last date to apply for the apprenticeship is August 30, 2025.
