Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata has released offer letters for the candidates selected for the position of Jr. Engineer Grade-I (Electrical) on a contractual basis. Candidates are advised to collect their offer letters on 22nd July 2025.

1. Offer Letter Collection:

Selected candidates must collect their offer letters from SMPK’s Head Office, 15, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001 on 22nd July 2025 at 11.00 a.m.

2. Required Documents:

Candidates need to bring all original documents, proof of identity, Police Verification Report (PVR), and Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of receiving the Engagement Letter.

3. Panel Validity:

A panel of candidates has been constituted, which will remain valid for one year from the date of publication of this notice.

4. Non-appearance Consequence:

Failure to appear on the prescribed date and time will result in the cancellation of the candidature without any notice.

5. Contract Termination:

If any information declared in the application is found incorrect/false, the contract is liable to be terminated immediately.
