- Educational Qualification: 60% marks in B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc. with GATE/NET qualification.
Age Limitations:

2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: ME/M.Tech or equivalent with 60% marks or M.Sc., BE, B.Tech with 2 years research experience.
Age Limitations:
- Age Limit: Maximum 32 years, relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped.
Salary Details
> Salary Range: ₹37,000 - ₹42,000 Monthly
> Allowances: HRA or hostel facility as per rules.
