- 1. Eligibility for Scribe:
- Candidates with physical limitations to write, including speed, are eligible to use a scribe if they have opted for it in their online application form.
- 2. Scribe Arrangement:
- Candidates must arrange their own scribe at their own cost. The scribe can be from any academic stream but must not be a candidate for the same recruitment process.
- 3. Compensatory Time:
- Eligible candidates using a scribe will receive compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of the examination.
- 4. Required Documentation:
- Candidates must submit a disability certificate issued by a competent authority and a declaration form confirming the eligibility of the scribe.
- 5. Scribe's Role:
- The scribe is only allowed to assist in writing the answers as selected by the candidate and must not independently answer any questions.
