The Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) invites applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at the Institute of Technology Management (ITM), Mussoorie. The selection will be based on a walk-in interview scheduled for October 30, 2025. Eligible candidates with a postgraduate degree in Science or Engineering are encouraged to apply.

1. Position Available:

Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at ITM, Mussoorie under DRDO.

2. Number of Fellowships:

02 (Two) positions available for JRF.

3. Essential Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree in Science with NET qualification or Graduate degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) with valid GATE score or Postgraduate degree in Engineering (M.E/M.Tech) in first division.

4. Age Limit:

Maximum age limit is 28 years as on the date of interview. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.

5. Interview Date:

Walk-in interview scheduled for October 30, 2025.

6. Monthly Stipend:

Rs. 37,000/- per month.

7. Tenure:

Initially for 2 years, extendable up to 5 years based on performance.
