The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Mumbai, has announced vacancies for the positions of Law Research Associates, Young Professionals, and Consultants on a contract basis. The notification details eligibility criteria, application process, and selection procedures.

1. Application Deadline:

Candidates must submit their applications by October 25, 2024, along with attested photocopies of relevant documents and certificates.

2. Vacancy Details:

Four vacancies each for Young Professional and Consultant positions, with three to be filled immediately and two on a waitlist.

3. Contract Duration:

The initial contract period is one year, extendable up to five years, one year at a time.

4. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess an LL.M. degree recognized by the Bar Council of India. Young Professionals require 1 year of experience, while Consultants need 3 to 5 years.

5. Age Limit:

The upper age limit is 30 years for Young Professionals and 35 years for Consultants as of the last date of application receipt.
