The Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, has released a vacancy circular for the post of Library Clerk on deputation/absorption basis. The position is open for Central Government officials meeting the specified eligibility criteria.

1. Position Details:

One vacancy for Library Clerk (General Central Service, Group ‘C’, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) in the Department of Economic Affairs.

2. Pay Scale:

Pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 3050 - 4590, PB-1 (Rs.5200-20200, G.P.Rs.1900/-), equivalent to Level 2 (Rs.19,900 - 63,200) in pay matrix.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

Central Government officials holding analogous posts or with specified years of service in relevant pay scales. Essential qualifications include Matriculation and a Certificate in Library Science or Librarianship.
