Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata, is conducting a walk-in interview for the engagement of a Medical Specialist (Surgery) on a contractual basis. The position is for a one-year term at the Centenary Hospital, Kolkata Dock System. Interested candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and attend the interview on February 22, 2025.

1. Interview Date and Venue:

The walk-in interview will be held on February 22, 2025, at 9:30 A.M. at the Guest House of SMP, Kolkata, 93, Chowringhee Road, Kolkata-700020.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have a Master of Surgery (General Surgery) or Diplomate of National Board (General Surgery) from an NMC recognized University/Institute, with five years of post-graduation experience in surgical units of reputed institutions.

3. Contractual Engagement:

The position is purely contractual for a period of one year, with a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,70,000.

4. Age Limit:

The upper age limit is 55 years as of February 1, 2025.

5. Nationality Requirement:

Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
