1. Candidate Selection:

Nazimul Islam Sardar has been selected for the position of Medical Specialist (Surgery) on a contractual basis following the walk-in interview held on February 22, 2025.

2. Offer Letter Collection:

The selected candidate is required to collect the offer letter from the SMPK Head Office, 15, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001 on March 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

3. Document Verification:

The candidate must bring all original documents declared in the application, along with proof of identity, for verification.

4. Medical Fitness:

The contractual engagement is subject to the submission of a medical fitness certificate provided by SMPK's in-house doctors at the time of joining.

5. Police Verification:

A Police Verification Report (PVR) is required at the time of receiving the engagement letter or before joining.

6. Non-appearance Consequence:

Failure to appear on the prescribed date and time will result in the cancellation of the candidature without notice.

7. False Information:

If any application is found to be incorrect or false even after engagement, the contract is liable to be terminated immediately.
