The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has announced the recruitment for one post of Member (Non-Official) in the Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices (CACP) on a contract basis for three years. The position is open to individuals with significant achievements in agriculture, farming, or related fields.

1. Position Details:

One post of Member (Non-Official) in the Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices (CACP) is available on a contract basis for three years.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates should have a primary profession in farming or significant achievements in agriculture, crop production, or related fields. Leaders of kisan movements are also eligible.

3. Application Process:

Applications should be submitted in the prescribed format via email to ajit.kumar68@nic.in, with a hard copy sent to the Under Secretary, Economics & Statistics (Estt.) Section, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, New Delhi.

4. Application Deadline:

Applications must be submitted within sixty days from the date of the notification, which is May 20, 2025.
