Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata has released offer letters for selected candidates for the position of Office Assistant (on contract) under the Kolkata Dock System. 1. Offer Letter Collection:

Selected candidates are required to collect their offer letters from SMPK’s Head Office, 15, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001 on May 20, 2025, at 11.00 a.m.

2. Document Verification:

Candidates must bring all original documents declared in their application, along with proof of identity, for verification.

3. Medical Fitness Requirement:

Engagement is subject to submission of a medical fitness certificate provided by SMPK's in-house doctors at the time of joining.

4. Police Verification Report:

Candidates must produce a Police Verification Report (PVR) at the time of receiving the engagement letter or before joining.

5. Non-appearance Consequence:

Failure to appear on the prescribed date and time will result in cancellation of candidature without notice.
