Salary Details

> Salary Range: 40,000 - ₹160,000 Monthly

> Allowances: Includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance as per cafeteria approach, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA, Reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile facility, PF, Gratuity, Pension & Leave encashment, Group Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance etc.

  • Training Stipend: During the one-year training period, candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.40,000/- -3%- 140000(IDA) and shall be paid a stipend in the form of Basic Pay of Rs. 40,000/- along with IDA, HRA and Perks @12% of basic pay.

Exam Pattern

1. Written Test:
The question paper shall be objective type with four answer choices for each question and consists of two sections – Professional Knowledge Test (PKT) with 120 Questions and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT) with 50 Questions.
2. Negative Marking:
All questions shall carry equal marks (1) with 1/4 negative marking for each wrong or multiple answer.

2. Executive Aptitude Test (EAT):
Questions on vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, data sufficiency and interpretation & numerical ability.

Selection Process

1. Selection Stages:
The selection process consists of a Written Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. Candidates must qualify in each stage to be considered for final selection.
2. Weightage to Different Parameters:
Marks in Written Test – 85%, Group Discussion – 3%, Personal Interview – 12%.
3. Final Selection:
Candidates who qualify in the Personal Interview will be adjudged suitable for empanelment. The offer of appointment shall be issued to the suitable candidates in the order of category wise merit and based on the requirement.

Admit cards will be issued through the respective Candidate Login of the candidates and will be collected from the candidates at the examination venue.

Reservation Details

Reservations apply for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwD categories according to the latest government policies.
