3. Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Final year B.Tech students in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
4. Mechanical Engineering
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Final year B.Tech students in Mechanical Engineering.
Salary Details
> Salary Range: ₹5,000 - ₹5,000 Monthly
Other Information
- Stipend Payment: Stipend will be paid in two installments, with the first installment after 3 months.
How to Apply
- 1. Application Submission:
- Download the application form from the DRDO website, fill it out, and send it via Speed post/Regd. post to the Director, PXE, Chandipur.
- 2. Required Documents:
- Submit a request letter from the college, self-attested copies of mark sheets, Aadhar card, and college ID card.
Selection Process
- 1. Selection Criteria:
- Selection is based on merit. Shortlisted candidates will be notified about the joining procedures.
Document Requirements
- 1. Documents at Joining:
- Original Aadhar card, all semester mark sheets, college ID card, NOC from college, police verification report, medical fitness certificate, indemnity form, and 3 passport size photographs.
Important Instructions
- 1. Application Instructions:
- Ensure all documents are complete and submitted before the deadline. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- 2. Internship Rules:
- Interns must adhere to the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Defence and DRDO.
Disqualification Criteria

- Incomplete or erroneous applications will be rejected. No communication will be undertaken for rejected candidates.
Other Information
- 1. Internship Completion:
- Upon successful completion, a certificate will be awarded. No employment obligation from DRDO.
