- 1. Step 1:
- Confirm your acceptance by sending an email to hrd.gtre@gov.in by 31 July 2025, 1500 hrs.
- 2. Step 2:
- Report to CV Raman Nagar Gate Security Office, GTRE, Bangalore on 01 August 2025 for joining.
- 3. Step 3:
- Bring original documents and one set of Xerox copies for verification.
Selection Process
- 1. Selection Criteria:
- Selection is based on academic performance and eligibility criteria as per Advt. No. DGAERO/PDINT/2025-26/01.
Document Requirements
- 1. Required Documents:
- Original and Xerox copies of NOC, Police verification certificate, Medical fitness certificate, Aadhar card, College ID, and all previous semester mark sheets.
Important Instructions
- 1. Reporting Instructions:
- Report to CV Raman Nagar Gate Security Office, GTRE, Bangalore on 01 August 2025 onwards, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted holidays.
- 2. Document Verification:
- Bring original documents and one set of Xerox copies for verification at the time of joining.
- 3. Accommodation and Transport:
- Selected students must arrange their own accommodation and transport in Bangalore. No TA/DA will be provided.
Disqualification Criteria
- 1. Non-Compliance:
- Failure to confirm acceptance by the deadline or to report for joining will result in disqualification.
Other Information
- 1. Metro Facility:
- Nearest Metro Station to reach GTRE is 'Swami Vivekananda Road Metro Station'.
