How to Apply

1. Step 1:: Confirm acceptance via email to hrd.gtre@gov.in by 04 Sep 2025.
2. Step 2:: Report to CV Raman Nagar Gate Security Office, GTRE, Bengaluru for joining on or before 18 Sep 2025.
3. Step 3:: Bring original documents and one set of Xerox copies for verification.

Selection Process

1. Selection Process:: Selection is based on academic performance and eligibility criteria as per Advt. No. DGAERO/PDINT/2025-26/01.

Document Requirements

1. Required Documents:: Original and Xerox copies of NOC, Police verification certificate, Medical fitness certificate, Aadhar card, College ID, and all previous semester mark sheets.

Important Instructions

1. Reporting Instructions:: Avoid reporting on Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted holidays.
2. Accommodation:: Selected students must arrange their own accommodation and transport in Bengaluru.

Disqualification Criteria

1. Disqualification Conditions:: Failure to confirm acceptance by the deadline or to report for joining by the specified date will result in disqualification.
