- 4. College Permission Letter:
- Referral/Permission letter from college authorities (in original).
- 5. Undertaking Form:
- Duly filled Undertaking Form as per format (Annexure ‘C’ of advertisement).
- 6. Photo ID Card:
- Issued by Govt / Aadhaar Card.
- 7. Passport Size Photographs:
- Two recent passport size photographs.
- 8. College ID Card:
- Valid College ID Card.
- 9. Police Verification Certificate:
- Valid Police Verification Certificate from the local police station.
- 10. Medical Fitness Certificate:
- Issued by Govt. Doctor/Registered Medical Practitioner.
- 11. Bank Account Details:
- Details of BANK ACCOUNT WITH AADHAR SEEDED (Copy of front page of Passbook).

- Candidates should report to INMAS Gate Security Office between 9 A.M. to 11 A.M.
- 2. Document Verification:
- Candidates must successfully complete document verification to confirm their selection.

Disqualification Criteria
