Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority, Kolkata, has announced the final selection list for the engagement of Pointsman on a contractual basis under the Kolkata Dock System. Candidates are advised to collect their offer letters and complete necessary formalities.

1. Interview Date:

The personal interview for the Pointsman position was conducted on July 14, 2025.

2. Offer Letter Collection:

Selected candidates must collect their offer letters from SMPK's Head Office, 15, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001 on July 24, 2025, at 11:30 a.m.

3. Document Verification:

Candidates are required to bring all original documents, proof of identity, Police Verification Report, and Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of receiving the Engagement Letter.

4. Non-appearance Consequence:

Failure to appear on the prescribed date and time will result in the cancellation of the candidature without any notice.

5. Contract Termination:

If any application is found to be incorrect or false even after engagement, the contract is liable to be terminated immediately.
