The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) has announced a recruitment notification for the position of Project Associate-I (Sanskrit) under the project 'Digitization of Traditional Agricultural Practices of India'. The engagement is temporary and contract-based, with a focus on digitizing traditional knowledge.
- 1. Application Deadline:
- The last date to submit the online application is March 23, 2026, by 5:00 PM.
- 2. Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have a Master's or Integrated Master's Degree in Sanskrit from a recognized university. Experience in translating Sanskrit texts is preferred.
- 3. Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit is 35 years, with relaxations applicable as per CSIR/Govt. of India rules.
- 4. Monthly Emoluments:
- Rs. 31,000/- plus HRA for candidates who have qualified CSIR UGC/ICAR/ICMR/NET or equivalent exams. Rs. 25,000/- plus HRA for others.
- 5. Selection Process:
- Candidates will undergo a written test and interview. The written test results will be declared on the same day, and interviews will be conducted in hybrid mode.
