Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata has released offer letters for the candidates selected for the position of Project Engineer (Electrical) on a contractual basis. The selected candidates are advised to collect their offer letters on 28th July 2025.

1. Offer Letter Collection:

Selected candidates are to collect their offer letters from SMPK’s Head Office, 15, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001 on 28.07.2025 at 10.30 a.m.

2. Police Verification Report:

Candidates must produce a Police Verification Report (PVR) before being referred for a Medical Fitness Certificate.

3. Document Verification:

Candidates are required to bring all original documents, proof of identity, PVR, and Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of receiving the Engagement Letter.

4. Non-appearance Consequence:

Failure to appear on the prescribed date and time will result in the cancellation of the candidature without any notice.

5. Contract Termination:

If any information declared in the application is found incorrect/false, the contract is liable to be terminated immediately.
