Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata has announced the engagement of a Radio Officer on a contractual basis for three years. The notification details eligibility criteria, application process, and terms of engagement.

1. Position:

Engagement of one Radio Officer on a contractual basis for three years under the Marine Department of Kolkata Dock System.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a valid Indian GMDSS (GOC) Certificate and have two years of experience in working on board vessels/stations in the rank of Radio Officer/Electro Technical Officer.

3. Application Deadline:

Applications must be submitted by May 23, 2025, in hard copy as per the attached proforma under 'Annexure-I'.

4. Remuneration:

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 46,500, along with free mess and board during stay at Sagor Pilot Station, and additional allowances.

5. Selection Process:

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be called for a Written/Proficiency Test and/or Personal Interview.
