Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata has announced the selection of a candidate for the Radio Officer position under the Marine Department of KDS. The selected candidate is advised to collect the offer letter on February 24, 2026.

1. Offer Letter Collection Date:

The selected candidate must collect the offer letter on February 24, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. from SMPK’s Head Office, 15 Strand Road, Kolkata.

2. Required Documents:

The candidate must bring all original documents, proof of identity, Police Verification Report (PVR), and Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of receiving the Engagement Letter.

3. Police Verification Report:

A Police Verification Report is mandatory for the candidate, which will be followed by a Medical Fitness Certificate provided by SMPK's in-house doctors.

4. Non-appearance Consequence:

Failure to appear on the prescribed date and time will result in the cancellation of the candidature without any notice.

5. Contract Termination Clause:

If any information provided by the candidate is found to be incorrect or false, the contract is liable to be terminated immediately.
