The Defence Bioengineering and Electromedical Laboratory (DEBEL), a premier institute under DRDO, has announced openings for the position of Research Associate (RA). The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, and selection procedure for this prestigious role.

1. Application Deadline:

The last date to submit applications for the Research Associate position is May 20, 2025. Candidates are advised to apply well in advance to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a PhD in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering. Those who have submitted their PhD thesis may also apply. Alternatively, candidates with an ME/MTech in Biomedical Engineering or Medical Electronics Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience are eligible.

3. Selection Process:

Selection will be based on screening and interview. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the interview date via email.

4. Age Limit:

The upper age limit for applicants is 35 years as of the closing date of application. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST and OBC candidates as per government norms.
