The State Bank of India (SBI) has issued a corrigendum for the Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) recruitment, updating the cutoff dates for ex-servicemen candidates. The revised guidelines align with the Government of India policies, extending the eligibility for candidates still serving in the Armed Forces.
- 1. Revised Cutoff Date for Ex-Servicemen:
- Candidates still serving in the Armed Forces and applying under the Ex-Servicemen category must complete their Specific Period of Engagement (SPE) by January 31, 2026, to be eligible.
- 2. Submission of Certificates:
- Candidates must submit a certificate (Proforma ‘B’) from the competent authority and a declaration (Proforma ‘C’) at the time of application. A release letter and self-declaration are required at the time of joining.
- 3. Extended Assignment Candidates:
- Candidates on extended assignments must submit a certificate as per Proforma ‘D’ and join the bank on or before March 31, 2026.
- 4. Unchanged Terms:
- All other terms and conditions mentioned in the original advertisement remain unchanged.
