State Bank of India (SBI) has released an official notification for the engagement of retired bank officers on a contractual basis. The recruitment is open for various posts, including FLC Counsellors and FLC Directors, with a total of 194 vacancies. The application process is online, and candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying.

1. Application Period:

Online registration of applications is open from June 15, 2023, to July 6, 2023. Candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be retired officers from SBI, e-ABs, or other PSBs/RRBs, aged between 60 and 63 years as of June 15, 2023. Proficiency in local language and computer knowledge is essential.

3. Total Number of Vacancies:

A total of 194 vacancies are available, with 182 for FLC Counsellors and 12 for FLC Directors.

4. Selection Process:

The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. The interview will carry 100 marks, and the merit list will be prepared based on interview scores.

5. Contract Details:

The contract period is a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, or until the officer attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
