State Bank of India (SBI) has released an official notification for the engagement of retired bank officials on a contract basis. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, and selection procedure for the posts of FLC Counsellors and FLC Directors.
- 1. Application Period:
- Online registration of applications is open from February 28, 2025, to March 21, 2025. Candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.
- 2. Eligibility Criteria:
- Retired officers of SBI, e-ABs, other PSBs, and RRBs are eligible. The age limit is between 60 and 63 years as of February 28, 2025.
- 3. Contract Details:
- The contract period is a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, or until the officer attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
- 4. Selection Process:
- Selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. The interview will carry 100 marks, and qualifying marks will be decided by the bank.
- 5. Remuneration:
- Monthly remuneration is fixed based on the grade at the time of retirement, ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000.
