State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the recruitment for Specialist Cadre Officer on a contractual basis. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, and selection procedure.

1. Application Period:

The application window for the Specialist Cadre Officer post is open from November 7, 2023, to November 22, 2023. Candidates are encouraged to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a graduation degree from a recognized university, with an MBA or equivalent as an added advantage. A minimum of 20 years of experience in the BFSI sector is required.

3. Selection Process:

The selection process includes shortlisting, an interview, and CTC negotiation. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience.

4. Application Fee:

An application fee of ₹750 is applicable for General/EWS/OBC candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

5. Contract Details:

The initial contract period is 3 years, renewable for an additional year at the bank's discretion. The contract can be terminated with a three-month notice from either side.
