Online registration of applications is open from May 16, 2023, to June 5, 2023. Candidates must complete the registration and fee payment within this period.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with relevant experience. Additional qualifications like LL.B., C.A./I.C.W.A. are desirable.

3. Selection Process:

The selection process involves shortlisting and an interview. Shortlisting will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

4. Vacancy Details:

There are 2 vacancies each for Company Secretary in MMGS-III and MMGS-II grades. The positions are regular and based in Mumbai or other locations as decided by the bank.

5. Age Limit:

For MMGS-III, the age limit is 28 to 35 years, and for MMGS-II, it is 25 to 30 years as of January 1, 2023.
