Online registration and fee payment for the Specialist Cadre Officer posts are open from August 25, 2025, to September 15, 2025. Candidates must complete the application process within this period.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management or Marketing Management from a recognized institute. Relevant work experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks, NBFCs, or Insurance Companies is required.

3. Selection Process:

The selection process involves shortlisting and an interview. The merit list will be prepared based on interview scores, with age considered in case of tie scores.

4. Vacancy Details:

The recruitment is for the posts of Manager (2 vacancies) and Deputy Manager (2 vacancies) in Salary Package Products, with postings primarily in Mumbai.

5. Application Fee:

The application fee is ₹750 for General/EWS/OBC candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.
