Recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers in State Bank of India 2024

State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers on a contractual basis. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, and selection procedure for the post of Deputy CTO (IT-Infrastructure).

1. Application Period:

The online application window for the Specialist Cadre Officers is open from February 8, 2025, to March 2, 2025. Candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be first-class engineering graduates in Computer Science or related fields with a minimum of 15 years of experience in IT business/industry. Preference will be given to those with a PG in a related field or MBA/PGDM.

3. Selection Process:

The selection process includes shortlisting and an interview, followed by CTC negotiation. The merit list will be prepared based on interview scores.

4. Contract Details:

The position is contractual for 3 years, renewable for another 2 years at the bank's discretion. The annual CTC is up to Rs 1.50 crore, with a fixed and variable pay ratio of 80:20.

5. Place of Posting:

The suggested place of posting is Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, but the bank reserves the right to transfer services to any of its offices in India.
