State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers on a contract basis. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, selection stages, and other important information.

1. Application Period:

Online registration and payment of fees are open from June 17, 2023, to July 10, 2023. Candidates must complete the process within this timeframe.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a Post Graduation (MBA-Marketing/Finance), CA, ICWA, ACS, or equivalent PG degree with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields.

3. Selection Process:

The selection process includes shortlisting and an interview, followed by CTC negotiation. The merit list will be based on interview scores.

4. Application Fee:

The application fee is ₹750 for General/OBC/EWS candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.

5. Contract Details:

The contract period is 3 years, renewable for an additional year at the bank's discretion. Terms of engagement may be terminated with three months' notice or equivalent compensation.
