- 1. CTC Negotiation Process:
- Candidates must provide their current and expected CTC details, along with supporting documents such as Form 26AS, salary slips, and Form-16 for the last two years.
- 2. Supporting Documents Required:
- Candidates need to attach the latest copy of Form 26AS, last 6 months' salary account statement, and Form-16 of the last 2 years or salary slip of the last 3 months.
- 3. Committee Interaction:
- The CTC negotiation committee will interact with candidates to finalize the Annual CTC offer based on the existing CTC and submitted documents.
- 4. Outcome of Negotiation:
- Candidates may accept or decline the CTC offer made by the committee. If not recommended, the candidate may not be considered suitable for selection.
