State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers on a contract basis. The notification details the application process, eligibility criteria, and selection process for various posts including Defence Banking Advisor and Circle Defence Banking Advisor.
- 1. Application Period:
- Online registration and payment of fees are open from June 7, 2024, to June 27, 2024. Candidates must complete the process within this period.
- 2. Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be retired in the rank of Air Vice Marshal or above from the Indian Air Force for DBA, and Major General or Brigadier from the Indian Army for CDBA.
- 3. Selection Process:
- The selection will be based on shortlisting and interaction. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- 4. Application Fee:
- The application fee is ₹750 for General/OBC/EWS candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.
- 5. Contract Period:
- Selected candidates will be engaged on a contract for a period of 2 years, with a possibility of re-engagement based on performance and health conditions.
