State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers on a contractual basis. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, and selection procedure for the post of Head (Corporate Communication & Marketing).

1. Application Period:

The online application window for the Specialist Cadre Officers is open from March 20, 2024, to April 9, 2024. Candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university, with preference given to those with an MBA or equivalent. A minimum of 18 years of experience in Marketing & Communications is required.

3. Selection Process:

The selection process involves shortlisting, interaction, and CTC negotiation. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience.

4. Application Fee:

The application fee is ₹750 for General/EWS candidates. SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.

5. Contract Details:

The initial contract period is 3 years, extendable by 1 year at the bank's discretion. The contract can be terminated with a 3-month notice from either side.
