State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers on a contractual basis. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, and selection stages for various posts including Research Analyst-Forex, Research Analyst-Equity, and Research Analyst-Private Equity.

1. Application Period:

The application window for SBI Specialist Cadre Officers is open from June 7, 2024, to June 27, 2024. Candidates are encouraged to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess an MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Age limits vary by post, with relaxations as per government guidelines.

3. Selection Process:

The selection process includes shortlisting, an interview, and CTC negotiation. Candidates will be ranked based on interview scores.

4. Application Fee:

An application fee of ₹750 is applicable for General/EWS candidates. SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

5. Contract Details:

The initial contract period is 3 years, renewable for an additional year at the bank's discretion. The contract can be terminated with one month's notice.
