State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the recruitment of meritorious sportspersons for the year 2024-25. The recruitment is open for positions in the officer and clerical cadre across various sports disciplines. Interested candidates must apply online and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

1. Application Period:

Online applications are open from July 24, 2024, to August 14, 2024. Candidates must complete the registration and fee payment within this period.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be active sportspersons and meet the specified educational and sports qualifications. Officers require a graduation degree and international representation, while clerical positions require state or district level representation.

3. Selection Process:

The selection will be based on shortlisting and an assessment test, focusing on sports achievements, general intelligence, and physical fitness.

4. Vacancies:

A total of 68 vacancies are available, with 17 for officers and 51 for clerical positions.

5. Application Fee:

The application fee is ₹750 for General/EWS/OBC candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.
