The Coconut Development Board, under the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, has announced a vacancy for the post of Secretary on a deputation basis. The position is anticipated to be vacant from March 27, 2025. Eligible candidates from Central/State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings, or Commercial Organizations are invited to apply.

1. Position Details:

The post of Secretary in the Coconut Development Board is available on a deputation basis, with a pay scale of Level-11 (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700).

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must hold a Degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce from a recognized university and have relevant experience in administration, budget preparation, and liaison work.

3. Application Deadline:

Applications must be submitted within 45 days from the date of publication in the Employment News.

4. Deputation Period:

The deputation period shall not exceed 3 years, with a mandatory cooling-off period of 3 years after completion.

5. Maximum Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
