Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has announced the recruitment of Ship Draftsman Trainees in Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics disciplines. The notification details eligibility criteria, application process, selection method, and important dates.

1. Application Period:

The online application window is open from August 2, 2025, to August 22, 2025. Candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have passed SSLC and hold a three-year Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.

3. Selection Process:

Selection will be based on a Practical Test where candidates will prepare a drawing using CAD software.

4. Stipend Details:

First-year trainees will receive a stipend of ₹14,000 per month, and second-year trainees will receive ₹20,000 per month.

5. Age Limit:

The upper age limit is 25 years as of August 22, 2025, with relaxations for OBC and SC/ST candidates.
