Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority has announced the release of offer letters for the candidates selected for the Special Officer position under the Kolkata Dock System. The selected candidates are advised to collect their offer letters on March 3, 2025.

1. Selected Candidates:

The candidates selected for the Special Officer position are Sk. Ziaul Kader and Md. Aslam Perwez.

2. Offer Letter Collection:

Selected candidates must collect their offer letters from SMPK’s Head Office, 15, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001 on March 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

3. Document Requirements:

Candidates must bring all original documents declared in their application, along with proof of identity.

4. Medical and Police Verification:

Engagement is subject to submission of a medical fitness certificate and a Police Verification Report.

5. Panel Validity:

A panel of candidates has been constituted, valid for one year from the date of this notice.
