- 1. Application Period:
- The online application and fee payment for the Specialist Cadre Officer position are open from January 3, 2026, to January 23, 2026.
- 2. Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must possess a PGDM/PGDBM/MBA or equivalent from a recognized university, with a preference for specialization in Finance. A minimum of 15 years of work experience in BFSI, including 5 years in investment banking or related roles, is required.
- 3. Selection Process:
- The selection process includes shortlisting and an interview, followed by CTC negotiation. The interview will carry 100 marks, and the merit list will be based on interview scores.
- 4. Contract Details:
- The contract period is 5 years, with the possibility of termination by either party with a 3-month notice or equivalent compensation.
- 5. Remuneration:
- The annual CTC is up to Rs. 85.00 Lacs, with a 90:10 ratio of fixed to variable pay. Annual increments are subject to performance.
