Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata has announced the recruitment of a Sports Officer on a contractual basis for a period of three years. The notification details eligibility criteria, job responsibilities, and application procedures.

1. Position:

Engagement of one Sports Officer on a contractual basis for three years.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have a degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Outstanding sports persons with Higher Secondary education who have represented any state at the national level in major sports, preferably football or cricket, are also eligible.

3. Experience Requirement:

Five years of experience as a Sports Officer in State/Central Govt., Semi Govt. Bodies, PSUs, or large private organizations.

4. Application Deadline:

Applications must be submitted by May 23, 2025.

5. Selection Process:

Candidates will be called for a Written/Proficiency Test and/or Personal Interview.
