1. Interview Date and Venue:

The personal interview for the position of Sports Officer will be held on July 25, 2025, at the Head Office of SMP, Kolkata, located at 15, Strand Road, Kolkata - 700001.

2. Reporting and Interview Time:

Candidates are required to report at 10:00 A.M. The personal interview will commence at 11:30 A.M.

3. Document Requirements:

Candidates must bring original and photocopies of age proof, educational and professional qualifications, experience certificates, two passport size photographs, a government-issued photo ID, and the application pro-forma.

4. Important Note:

Failure to appear for the interview will result in cancellation of candidature. Incorrect or false documents will lead to immediate termination of the contract if engaged.
