Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority (SMPA) has announced the recruitment for the post of Sr. Dy. Manager in the Administration Division under Haldia Dock Complex. The position is to be filled by absorption through the composite method from officers of major ports. Applications are invited through the Online Application Portal from November 28, 2025, to December 27, 2025.

1. Application Period:

Applications are open from November 28, 2025, to December 27, 2025. Only applications submitted through the Online Application Portal will be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be officers from major ports, fulfilling the eligibility criteria as per the Recruitment Rules. The selection is based on merit, with a benchmark of 'Very Good' in ACRs/APARs.

3. Submission Process:

Candidates must submit their applications online and forward the printout through their administrative port along with necessary documents by January 12, 2026.

4. Selection Method:

The post will be filled by absorption through the composite method, subject to the Ministry's approval.
