- Visit the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways website and access the Online Application Portal.
- 2. Step 2:
- Fill out the application form as per the instructions provided in the portal.

- Submit the application online and take a printout for forwarding through the administrative Port.
- 4. Step 4:
- Ensure all required documents are attached and forwarded to HDC by July 12, 2025.

- The selection is by merit, based on the benchmark in ACRs/APARs and subject to Ministry approval.

- Vigilance and administrative clearance, two recent passport size photographs, and complete service details.

- Applications must be submitted through the Online Application Portal. No other form of application will be accepted.
- 2. Forwarding of Applications:
- Applications must be forwarded through the candidate's administrative Port with all required documents by July 12, 2025.

Disqualification Criteria
- 1. Incomplete Applications:
