- The post of Inspector of Income Tax under CBDT has been reclassified from Group 'C' to Group 'B'.
- 2. Exam Center Amendments:
- The exam center list has been updated, with corrections in the names of certain locations such as 'Sri Vijaya Puram' instead of 'Shri Vijay Puram'.
- 3. Educational Qualification Clarification:
- Candidates must have studied Statistics at the degree level in all parts or semesters of their course, not just as a single paper.
- 4. Pay Level Adjustment:
- The pay level for the post of Section Head under the Director General of Foreign Trade has been adjusted from Level 7 to Level 6.
