The Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority has announced the final selection list for the engagement of Station Master on a contractual basis under the Haldia Dock Complex. The selected candidates are required to follow specific instructions regarding the collection of offer letters and necessary documentation.

1. Selected Candidates:

The candidates selected for the position of Station Master (on contract) are Alaktarag Mukherjee, Pradip Chakraborty, Prabhat Kiran Chaudhuri, and Bijay Paswan.

2. Offer Letter Collection:

The date, time, and venue for collecting the offer letters will be communicated to the selected candidates in due course.

3. Required Documents:

Candidates must bring all original documents, proof of identity, Police Verification Report (PVR), and Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of receiving the Engagement Letter or before joining.

4. Non-appearance Consequence:

Failure to appear within the prescribed date and time will result in the cancellation of the candidature without any notice.

5. Contract Termination:

If any application is found to be incorrect or false even after engagement, the contract is liable to be terminated immediately.
