The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) for the year 2025. The notification includes details on application dates, eligibility criteria, examination schedule, and selection process.
- 1. Application Period:
- The application window for the Sub-Inspector Recruitment 2025 is open from September 26, 2025, to October 16, 2025. Candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.
- 2. Examination Schedule:
- The Computer-Based Examination is scheduled to be conducted in November-December 2025 across various centers in India.
- 3. Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university and be between 20 and 25 years of age as of August 1, 2025. Age relaxations apply for reserved categories.
- 4. Application Fee:
- An application fee of ₹100 is applicable for General and OBC candidates. SC/ST and female candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
- 5. Vacancy Details:
- A total of 2,861 vacancies are available for male candidates and 210 for female candidates across various CAPFs and Delhi Police.
