Officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territories, recognized research institutes, PSUs, Semi-Government, or autonomous organizations holding analogous posts or with five years' service in the grade.

4. Educational Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Computer Applications/Information Technology/Computer Science or B.E./B.Tech in relevant fields from a recognized University/Institute.
